My clinical training involved work with adolescents and adults who experienced a range of problems, many relating to obsessive-compulsive disorder, major depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other anxiety and mood disorders. I worked with individuals in English, Spanish, and in translation.
My training has primarily been focused in a cognitive-behavioral approach to mental health, and in evidence-based psychological assessment. Much of my training came from the Anxiety and Stress Clinic at the University of Texas at Austin, or from work with refugees and asylum-seekers in Austin and in Burlington, Vermont.
I am licensed to practice as a psychologist in the State of New York, License #023811 (verify).
